Webhook events
The full list of events a WRMS Pro webhook can subscribe to, grouped by record type.
Subscribe to individual events, or to All events (*). The groups below match the checkboxes in Settings → Webhooks.
Customers

Vehicles

Service records (work orders)

service.delete | A work order is deleted. |
Work order statuses are pending, in-progress, paused, waiting-parts, waiting-approval, completed and cancelled. Older records may carry other values.
Quotes

quote.convert | A quote is converted into a work order. |

Quote statuses are draft, sent, accepted, rejected, changes_requested, converted and expired.
Payments

The event names above are the complete list. Build your integration to tolerate an event you expected not arriving, and use the record's id to fetch or reconcile its current state.
There is no event for invoices being voided, for stock movements or for purchase orders in the current release.
