WRMS ProDocs

Introduction

Welcome to the WRMS Pro documentation. Find out what each part of the product does and how to use it in a working day.

WRMS Pro keeps a workshop's customers, vehicles, jobs, quotes, invoices and stock in one place, so the person at the front counter, the technician in the bay and whoever does the books are all looking at the same job.

This documentation is written for the people who use WRMS Pro every day. Each guide explains what a screen is for, what you need before you start, and the steps to get the job done.

Reading these pages

Each page shows a few labels under its title:

LabelWhat it tells you
Verification status: VerifiedThe behaviour described was checked against the current WRMS Pro application.
Verification status: Partially verifiedMost of the page is confirmed. Anything that is not is marked in the text with a Pending product confirmation note.
Verification status: Not available yetThe feature is advertised or planned but is not in the current release. The page says what to use instead.
Plan feature: SMSThe feature must be included in your plan, or switched on in your workshop settings.
AudienceThe kind of person the page is mainly written for, such as Service Advisor or Technician. These describe readers, not WRMS Pro roles.

Button and menu names are written in bold, exactly as they appear on screen. WRMS Pro's English screens use some US spellings (for example Tire Hotel and Labor Presets); the documentation quotes them as they appear so you can find them.
