What this version of the WRMS Pro documentation covers.
WRMS Pro Documentation v1.1 — 27 September 2026
The first published version, at www.wrmspro.com.au/docs. It describes WRMS Pro as it is today, with screenshots taken from the current product using a demo Australian workshop.
New in this version
- Customer portal — set-up, sign-in and what customers can see and do.
- Online booking — the public booking page and booking links in reminder emails.
- Timesheets — the job clock, the Timesheets page, corrections and export.
- Email templates — changing the wording of the emails WRMS Pro sends.
- Updated Subscription and plans (monthly or annual billing, trial rules, changing plan), GST and tax (tax components with your ABN), Apps & API, Notifications (job activity alerts) and Roles and permissions (every Member now needs a role).
- Australian defaults throughout: AUD, kilometres and Sydney time.

- REST API reference — WRMS Pro sends outgoing webhooks; there is no public REST API to document.
- Accounting and parts-supplier integrations — listed as coming soon in Settings → Apps & API.
