Emails are not arriving

Check this first

  • The customer's email address on their record.
  • Settings → Providers → Email — are you using the platform default or your own provider?
  • Select Send Test Email and see whether it arrives.

Likely causes

  • The address is mistyped.
  • Your own email provider details are wrong or have expired (for example a changed password or revoked API key).
  • The receiving mail system rejected or filtered the message.

How to fix it

  1. Correct the address.
  2. Re-enter your provider credentials and send a test email.
  3. If the test fails, the error message usually names the cause — wrong password, blocked port, unverified sender.

Emails go to junk

Likely causes

Emails sent from your own domain without the sending records your email provider asks for (such as SPF and DKIM).

How to fix it

Follow your email provider's instructions to add its records to your domain, then send a test. Ask customers to add your address to their contacts.

Reminders are not notifying me

Likely causes

  • The reminder was not set to notify in the app or by email.
  • Reminder emails go to Owners and Admins only.
  • The reminder already notified once; it will not notify again unless its due date changes.

How to fix it

Open the reminder and check its notification choices and due date. Look at Upcoming Reminders on the dashboard.

Low stock alerts are not arriving

Likely causes

  • Alerts are off — they are off by default.
  • The part has no reorder point and there is no default.
  • The part already alerted and has not gone back above its reorder point since.

How to fix it

Check Settings → Alerts → Low stock alerts and select Check now. See Low stock.
